GaZom began in 2020 as a small dessert-focused venture by our founder, Kinzang, born from a simple love for handcrafted sweets. What started in the kitchen with tiramisu, cheesecakes and roll cakes was driven by a desire to create desserts that are comforting and delicious.
In a time when the world slowed down, we found joy in making things leisurely. We focused on balance, freshness and the quiet happiness that comes from enjoying something sweet.
Those early days laid the foundation for everything we do today. A belief that food, when made thoughtfully, has the power to bring people together.
